ABOUT

In February 2017, Shareca Vallaire founded Design To Fight (DTF) after surviving an unknown illness in 2012 that ultimately silenced her voice for nearly five years. Seeming like all odds were against her, Shareca possessed an unwavering faith, put her trust in God, and fought to live every day. Each minute of the day, Shareca held on with just an ounce of HOPE, until one day she was miraculously healed!

Prior to her illness, for more than 10 years, Shareca successfully owned and directed Success 4 Kidz LLC, a child development center that focused on partnering with parents for their child’s purpose in life. During a child’s developmental ages of zero to five, Shareca knew it was important to teach children leadership and entrepreneurship in addition to academics. As both an educator and entrepreneur, Shareca lived her life depositing all her gifts and talents into every child she met. Shareca started with her very own, Brooke Vallaire, who founded the women’s luxury fashion brand, Vallaire’s at 14 years old. Not long afterwards, at just eight years old, Brice Everhart asked his mother to start a men’s accessories brand, Vallaire’s For Men, to help support the household after his sister left for college.

Brooke and Brice watched helplessly as they saw their mother affected in her health, family, and wealth all while in pursuit of her destiny. This family was critically impacted by one life adversity that resulted in hardship in every area of their lives. It was friends, business leaders and members of the community that provided a hand to the family while Shareca fought to re-gain her life.

Brooke and Brice observed every aspect of their mother’s journey, spoke life into her along the way, and encouraged her as she used education as a distraction until her body caught up with her mind. It was while she was pursuing her master’s degree and fighting for her life, she was given the vision, Design To Fight. They knew Design To Fight would be a testament to their mother’s fight to help her flourish in life again; all while providing HOPE, helping other people excel in their health, family, education, wealth, and destiny. Through this life altering experience, one family learned how the Houston community impacted their lives forever; therefore, the family founded YES Chamber to pay it forward.

Shareca is a warrior who will not be defeated and now uses that same fight to advocate for parents, children, and education by offering advocacy support, education programs, peer-to-peer counseling, and community partnerships designed to help families achieve their greatest health, education, wealth, and destiny!

Design To Fight will provide parents and children with professional coaching and consulting for both their personal and educational needs; leadership and professional development; parent and youth advocacy; entrepreneurship; mentoring; and public speaking.
